Positive Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers (PAFRAS) works with asylum seekers and refugees in the Leeds area but the charity is struggling to maintain its work. The twice-weekly drop-in at St.Aidan’s Harehills, aims to provide a basic hot meal and access to help but a reduction to one day a week is having to be considered. If you or your church or school can help by supporting PAFRAS’s Harvest Appeal with donations of food (especially tinned goods) please contact (0113) 262 2163, pafrasemail@yahoo.co.uk for details. Visit the Pafras website to find out more.
