partnerships

In our worship and our work, we are blessed by partnerships with many inspiring friends and neighbours.

Headingley & All Hallows Team Ministry

All Hallows’ works with the churches of St Michael & All Angels, Headingley, and St Chad, Far Headingley, to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to our part of the wonderful city of Leeds.

St Michael's is an inclusive catholic church, welcoming everyone in Christ's name. Worship is traditional in style, with services throughout the week, and choir-led music on Sundays.

St Chad’s is a large, friendly and outgoing church family committed to supporting all ages in lifelong Christian discipleship.

SCM

We are an SCM Link Church. The Student Christian Movement works to help students deepen their faith, seek justice and celebrate diversity. Students form an important part of our community and we are pleased to team up with SCM to celebrate Student Sunday annually, and to provide support and access to an open and inclusive community throughout the year. SCM is part of the University of Leeds, where it is known as ICM (Inclusive Christian Movement). Contact Emily Harris for more information.

WYDAN

WYDAN (West Yorkshire Destitute Asylum Seekers Network) is a network of organisations and individuals in West Yorkshire committed to supporting destitute asylum seekers. We work with them each year to provide a winter night shelter at All Hallows. This wasn’t possible during the height of the pandemic but we hope to continue with this support next year.

Big Clear Out

The Big Clear Out has been set up by the Sustainability Service at the University of Leeds in collaboration with Leeds Beckett University, ward councillors, and many local community organisations, including All Hallows. The aim is to help students from across communities in Leeds to donate their unwanted items for the benefit of local people, rather than throwing them away when term ends and they move out. Follow Zero Waste Leeds for news of the next summer clear out.

Sacred Wing

Members of the Gay Abandon choir and of our congregation with a shared love of sacred music came together to form Sacred Wing. The choir’s main performance takes place each year during Advent at All Hallows. For details of their next performance see their Facebook page.

Ecotricity
