Play a part in sustaining All Hallows as an active and energetic church:
-
As a Trustee of All Hallows you will be involved in the vital governance of the church. You will help set the strategic direction and do all that is necessary to allow All Hallows to flourish. PCC meets 6-8 times a year in the evening. Contact Heston to find out more.
-
All Hallows’ should have 2 (or more) Churchwardens who care for the vicar and hold responsibility for the church building and all that goes on within it. However they cannot do that without everyone’s support! Contact Heston to find out more.
-
The work of All Hallows is impossible if we don’t keep track of our finances! And we have a legal and moral obligation to ensure we are good stewards of our financial resources. If you think you could help with this work, please contact our treasurers, Tim and Jeet.
-
The pastoral care group meets occasionally to discuss updates on Rainbow groups and to support any specific needs. Contact Penny to find out more.
-
The worship planning group meets quarterly to discern the focus of future worship services. They also consider when/how to celebrate significant festivals. Contact Toby for more information.
-
This planning group helps to organise all age services, youth outings and ensures the kids and young people play a vital part in our church’s life. Contact Hannah Langdana to find out more.
-
This group cares for All Hallows’ building and garden, meeting occasionally to progress the necessary repair work e.g. to the roof, and creating a garden that can be used and enjoyed. Contact Casper Branger to find out more.
-
The fundraising group ensures that we have the funds to do what we need/want to do. At the moment this is mainly focussed on fundraising for the necessary building repairs. The group meets occasionally to work on grant applications. Contact Richard Barton to find out more.
-
The communications team helps to maintain All Hallows’ web/social media presence, by creating posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, updating our web-site etc. Contact Alice to find out more.
Get involved in caring for those in the church and beyond:
-
You can support the café in many ways – cooking, eating, washing up, cleaning floors, donating money and food... Contact Nic to find out more.

Get involved to ensure that All Hallows stays as inclusive as possible. Mobilise us to have a visible presence at Pride, trans day of remembrance, IDAHOBIT, improve our disability access, and more. Contact Heston to find out more.

The asylum group supports asylum seekers who are part of our congregation. This includes meeting occasionally to discuss individuals’ needs, encouraging members of the church to support financially so that we can assist with legal fees, accompanying people to Home Office hearings, cleaning new homes. Contact Sarah to find out more.
-
The environment group helps All Hallows (the church building and the congregation) to increase our care for God’s creation. This includes meeting occasionally, organising campaigns e.g. divesting from fossil fuels, contributing to worship services, providing hints and tips to help us all to live more sustainably. Contact Heston to find out more.
-
Interfaith activities in and around All Hallows are varied and often involve eating together! You might like to visit other places of worship in our parish (3 mosques and a mandir) and make friends with those you meet. You might like to help arrange/take part in scriptural reasoning sessions. Contact Heston to find out more.
-
We want to ensure that we are consciously against racism, and all forms of discrimination. Contact Katie to find out more about our Anti Racism group.

Many students live and study near All Hallows. We are a Student Christian Movement link church. Supporting students could involve invitations to your home for a meal – a home away from home, visits to less easily accessed places outside Leeds, solidarity prayers at exam time (and at other times!), a big warm welcome into Leeds and the All Hallows family. Contact Emily Harris to get involved.
